Deployment options
Virtual Context supports two deployment models. The managed cloud product handles infrastructure, tenant provisioning, billing, and monitoring. Self-hosted deployments use the open source engine under AGPL-3.0 with your own infrastructure and storage backend. Both options support SQLite for single-instance setups and PostgreSQL for production multi-tenant environments.
For teams that need a middle path, we can discuss hybrid arrangements where the engine runs on your infrastructure with managed monitoring and support from the Virtual Context team.
